"A cottage well off the beaten track. No TV and wifi for 2 nights. Then it rained and the cloud was low so sightseeing was out of the question. Spent the day blobbing out reading and DVD watching. Best possible place to spend a day doing this."

"Nicole's cottage is one of those rare stays where you immediately feel you have been invited into the family home. Everything is there, clean & in good order. Location terrific, away from any tourist crowding and the sometimes noisy GWH. Certainly my best stay of several in Blackheath. Finally, Nicole is a great host. "

"Fantastic home - true to listing. 2 large, fenced areas for puppy to explore with fences that went down to ground and were high enough to keep our bouncy Iggy safe. Beautiful garden areas and outdoor firepit. Indoor fire draws beautifully. Double glazing and good heating/air-conditioner. Spacious rooms and SMEG kitchen appliances. Laundry in shed out back well equipped. We took a folding dog pen for use inside as well. Beautiful experience."

"If you think the description of this property sounds good. Trust us. It's ever better. If you are looking to have a wonderful place to stay where you can experience Australia all around you, this is the place. Kangaroos in the yard, birds singing in the trees, a magnificent view across a largely undisturbed valley. The hosts provides everything you need for a comfortable stay, plus a lot of unexpected amenities. They are right up the hill from you if you need anything...and a million miles away...

"We spent a cozy long weekend at this cottage. It was basic but clean and neat as a pin and we had a lovely break from the city."

"This is the house that keeps on giving! So many different seating areas inside and outside the property to enjoy. The view is just to die for, obviously! But the house itself was very clean and well kept, the kitchen and bathrooms were all very clean and the bed were very comfortable! We will definitely be booking again."

"We enjoyed a lovely 3 day break snuggled around the wood fire place watching the wild birds enjoying the private garden. The view is stunning and the home rustic and cozy - no need to leave but close to all amenity if you do. We will be back!"

"Was originally put off with the BROWN Paint on the external metal as it appeared old and rusted. I was incorrect, the place is new and the paint was new. Just an optical illusion. They supplied Fresh Bread and Local Jams. Being Country people they offered a warm welcome. Down stairs double bedroom, with door, Upstairs was Double Bed and Single Bed, in an open environment. Accomodation was immaculate with all the Kitchen utensils and plates and bowls etc. Great for a country get away"

Just like the photos but in real life

"The place is as it is described and pictured, STUNNING. Richard was so easy to reach and provided great communication in the lead up to our check in and was reachable if required during the stay. But there was no need, since the house was everything we thought it would be AND MORE! Waking up to stunning views, and to house that had everything you needed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in the region and it is so well furnished and situation for big groups. The house had everything you needed, and even had some visitors come visit everday in the form of kangaroos in the yard. Our family reminisces on our stay already in such a fond way, and its only been a matter of days since returning. A trip and house to remember. Truly stunning views and beautiful place to call home for the time that you stay."
