Loma-koli 1 by Interhome

Row house apartment in the beautiful Loma-Koli area, between pond Käränkälampi and lake Pielinen. Own sauna and terrace with barbecue facilities. The area offers great opportunities for outdoor activities.

77 km north of Joensuu, 7 km to the village of Koli, pond Käränkälampi 180 m (length 2 km, width 1,5 km). Wooden row house flat, renovated in 1990 and updated in 2025. Kitchen-living room with 2 separate beds next to each others and convertible sofa (140 cm when extended), refrigerator with ice box. There are also a washroom, e sauna (elec. stove) and terrace. There is also an air cooler for warm weather.

You can store your own equipment in the outdoor storage. It is possible to charge an electric car from the 10 amp socket on the outside wall of the apartment (power switch is in the storage of the apartment). Charging an electric car from the housing company's heating pole is prohibited. Compact, clean row house apartment in Loma-Koli cottage area. Distance to the common beach by pond Käränkälampi is 180 m. The flat is located near skiing tracks and hiking trails, distance to the illuminated track only 50 m. Ukko-Koli slopes 9 km. Gym and game sessions can be booked at the Loma-Koli sports hall (500 m).

Reservations start at 16.00 and end at 12.00. the Final cleaning will be added to the price during new year and Midsummer.

Nice location in Loma-Koli. Apartment was worn out and the floor heating wasn’t working properly in the bathroom. Poor ventilation. Barbeque in the patio - super! Quiet neighborhood +.

Kaapin ovet repsottivat Kaapeissa asukkaan tavaroita liikaa Wc lattia liian kuuma. Koko huoneisto oli liian kuuma Tuuletus oli vaikeaa kun se tehtiin oven kautta ovea ei voinut pitää yöllä auki kun tuli taas kylmä. Muuten kodikas ja siisti huoneisto.
