"Hotel Zenitude is a really good apart hotel in a lovely town. A short walk uphill to the centre of Beziers. Very clean and comfortable , large bathroom. Very quiet with a nice view from balcony. All front of house people friendly and very informative. Only complaint was that the hot rings in the kitchen didn’t work properly "

"First off, the woman who opened up the villa was extremely rude and only showed my daughter in law around the villa, insisting everyone else should wait outside. Afer 15 minutes, I'd had enough and went in telling this lady we were coming in. Added to this, the smoke alarms throughout the villa did not work, and as there was no way of securing the separate apartments, we had to close the metal shutters at night. With no smoke alarms, this is unbelievably dangerous. The facilities were adequate...

"We spent a very quiet and restful 3 weeks exploring the area. The weather was not kind to us but it did not spoil the pleasure we found at the property which was comfortable and cozy! We enjoyed preparing our own meals in the perfectly adequate kitchen. We enjoyed the sports we watched on TV. It was a shame to see the damage to the palm tree caused by the dreadful storms we endured. Thank you for allowing us to rent your property, we really enjoyed our visit."

"We had an amazing stay and the property was wonderful with lots of space to enjoy the sunshine, chill in the pool or relax in the shade. "This was a very disappointing stay. The host did not meet us as Planned. She sent a man to let us in And gave us the keys, but Did not speak any English. We were Left without explanation of how things worked in the apartment… I was shocked to find that there were no sheets or towels in the apartment. Fortunately, we had a friend who lived Near so we were able to borrow some from her. We were so uncomfortable. We had to leave a day early."

"Wir waren als Familie mit 3 Kindern für eine Woche in der Wohnung. Lage und Aussicht sind phantastisch und Vermieter & Agentur sind jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung selbst entspricht 100% den Angaben der Anzeige, ist für 5 Personen aber relativ klein (wussten wir vorher, also kein Manko). Für eine Woche wars aber auch mit 5 Personen sehr schön, insbesondere, da eine große Terasse dabei ist."
