"The room is okay. Unfortunately, the mini-bar was empty. Breakfast includes only one hot drink. After that you have to pay if you wanna get another drink. Juice fruits are for free. "

"The initial room was super small and a bit smelly. Surely something you won't expect at a 4/5 stars hotel. They moved me to a better one after I complained and the lady responsible rudely told me that those were the rooms they give to people paying "lower rates" through systems such as hotels.com and that she would have moved me if I had booked through them directly but as they had to pay commissions to the website that was the room they offered. "The most important thing about this hotel is the friendly staff! You can't ask incredible thing, and they're always smiling! And most of them speaks English AND German too! The standard room for two person is a little bit small, but very very clean! The breakfast wasn't boring for a week, they have cold and warm food, cakes and fruits too. "Average at best. Rooms were basic, small, and things such as sink and shower didn’t work properly. AC was feeble. The pool is tiny, worn, with many broken tiles and very little or next to nothing in terms of a space to sun bath and relax whilst offering no privacy from the street.
