"The hardware of this hotel is good but staff are not very customer oriented except for the front office manager called Candy. She's very helpful and has very good customer service skills. Avoid rooms facing entrance, its very noisy at night because other tourists are dragging their luggage onto the stone pavement right outside the entrance . Our room came with breakfast but it is not worth getting up for. The breakfast room is not inside the hotel and is down the road in another building....

"The outside grounds of this hotel are beautiful! The location is also very convenient. I found the staff to be extremely helpful and kind, though I don't know what their English speaking capabilities are since I speak Mandarin. However, the walls of the rooms are paper thin. I could hear every TV show, alarm, and conversation in the room next to me. Being in my room was not relaxing at all. The rooms also have no windows, which was very disappointing. "nice cozy hotel. very friend and helpful owner. bed come with heated mattress which is excellent for us who are not very use to the cold weather. clean towel, clean bed. situated inside ancient city. so if check in after 7pm, no need to pay for entrance fees to ancient city."
