"The team at the hotel were amazing. They lets us check in before 3pm after a very early start to the day. The room was so comfortable and spacious. It was made up every day when we came home in the afternoon - this is a rarity in hotels these days. The hotel is walkable to all parts of the city and in a great location for the metro which is two stops from Lille Europe. Pool and steam room were never that busy and I nice way to start the day or unwind in the afternoon. Would definitely stay...
