The staff was very nice and courteous. Rooms were comfortable with a different set up. The only downside is that the Hotel claimed the rooms are soundproofed when in fact they are not. Very noisy outside.

We specifically booked a hotel in Miraflores and loved the pictures of this hotel online, however while the hotel is modern and very clean it is not what you see in the pictures. It's also not very close to restaurants and other tourist areas like we had hoped.

Nice hotel and has an excellent staff! The location is very convenient, walkable, and with plenty of options for eating nearby. They also give you free water to keep you hydrated, which was very important for me to not spend money on that. The only thing that was a little disappointing was the breakfast options, I kind of expected more from it. Overall, it’s a great place to stay in Lima. I would definitely recommend it.
