Had no hot water at all on Saturday morning. Tried from 8:00 am until 10:30 am when I took a cold shower because I couldn't wait any longer. Management said they were fixing it but they also had a lot of people staying there. Which was it? Were they lying or trying to cover themselves. They were not helpful and it took them 3 minutes (I timed it) to answer their phone at the front desk which was also their emergency number!
Curtains did not cover the windows and I was on the walkway side so anyone going by had no problem looking right in. In order to have any kind of privacy I had to take a hair clip to close them in the middle, take the ottoman and push it up against the window to hold it closed at the door end and then take the cushion from the couch and prop it up on the couch so it was against the curtain and the window to hold it on that side.
On my way out on Sunday morning, I went to the front desk to check out, get a copy of my bill, and turn in my keys but the front lobby was locked and I was directed to the gas station next door. They sent me through their back room, back to the hotel where, what a surprise, someone was there now.
Was not impressed with the hotel or their staff. Will never stay there again and we have a child in the university there for the next 3 years so they've lost our business for good.
