"We found the house exactly as listed. It was very clean and comfortable. Location is great! Right by the University which was our reason for the trip. The only improvement I would suggest is a TV in one of the bedrooms. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Although we were in town for only one night for a wedding, the house made for a perfect meeting place and a place to watch the many deer in the yard! Owner helped us by letting us in early to get ready for the wedding, considering they had the house occupied the night before."
