"This was such a lovely place to stay. We oved being there! We had plenty of room, and there was everything we needed all provided for us. The pool is excellent. We arrived really late (almost 2am after a late flight and collecting a rental car) so we didn't get to see the pool until next morning. I noticed that it had a layer of dead bugs on the surface so I contacted the agents to ask if there was a filter to be switched on, or a net available. To be fair they advised that the pool had been thoroughly cleaned the day before (they weren't to know we were arriving so late) so a day's worth of bugs had accrued! They were excellent - sent a maintenance guy around within an hour and he cleaned the pool, and I found out that a net was provided which I used daily from thereon to keep it nice and clean. The location was perfect for me - so quiet peaceful and private and nobody overlooking anything. Views from the bedroom balconies are just beautiful - just fields and the sea! The outside area was just lovely, nice dining table with shade and even a sofa area. Sunchairs, a parasol and a proper shaded area when the sun gets too much (for my fair skin!). Loved to walk down to the Irish bar for a cold drink and play cards in the evening listening to the waves. Less than 10 mins in the car to Polis which had lovely restaurants, coffee bars, and large supermarkets. I will 100% return here. And please look after the adorable kittens who live in the bushes in the garden if you visit!"

"The property was very clean and comfortable throughout. A welcome package in the fridge on arrival was a very welcome & lovely touch. Great outdoor space and spacious throughout. Lovely pool pool, hot tub with fantastic views. Maria was great checking all was ok on arrival and with the lovely apple pie for us, which we have read about in other reviews :)The location of the property was perfect for getting out with the car to Latchi, Paphos and along the coast. It's a lovely chilled out part of the island to stay, with plenty of nice places to eat along the coast, also a few with an easy walk down from the property.The food was excellent. Would recommend Pas to Kima, Santa Barbara & Mamma Mia locally. For activities we used Latchi Watersports for jet skis, STS Motofun for a great bike/buggy tour & Blue Lagoon boat trip from Latchi, all as per recommendations. Something to suit all interests and ages Lovely family holiday and would highly recommend."

We stayed as a large family group and there was plenty of space for us to be together as a group and also to have individual time/down time to relax as well. "Villa Triteos in Peristerona is wonderfully situated on the edge of the quiet rural village. This is the 10th villa in Cyprus where we have stayed over recent years and is easily the villa we have most enjoyed. The garden is both attractive and the trees provide welcome shade from the hot Cyprus sun. The pool is great with large Roman steps for easy access. At the bottom of the garden there is a barbecue with adjacent food preparation area and a large sink.The villa is a traditional Cypriot house, which was built by the owners. The rooms are comfortable and easy to keep cool without the need for air conditioning.The owner, Debbie, is a lovely and warmly welcoming host, who made us feel at home. Communication both with Debbie and the rental company was good, with all the information we needed.While as regular visitors to Cyprus we don't eat out much, there are many excellent restaurants within a short drive.There is a great road to Polis (10km), which has banks, supermarkets and restaurants, and from Polis, it is a short drive to Latchi, where you can rent boats.We certainly plan to return to this, my first choice villa, which I recommend without hesitation.A car is a must for this villa."
