"Welcoming hosts, lovely gite, very clean. All relevant facilities in the kitchen and bathroom are available. It is a very quiet and peaceful area, perfect if you want to get away from it all. For those who can't live without their phone, there is WiFi, and three TVs! We loved the animals around, rabbits, free range turkeys, horse (not to be eaten!). The hosts are very friendly. "The tower at Le Chambon is a wonderful base from which to see the beautiful Perigord countryside, its lovely villages, chateaux and prehistoric sites. Mark and Jill were lovely hosts, even offering us the ingredients for a first night dinner when we arrived late. The tower was beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean and had everything we could have asked for.
