"The property setting is beautiful! the interior and exterior is immaculate, spacious and extremely accommodating. Vincente is an excellent host, making sure all of our needs were met. I will say it is helpful to have someone who speaks French, my husband is fluent which helped tremendously since Vincente does not speak a word of English. For reference, We were 4 adults and although the listing states sleeps 9 , the double beds are smaller than expected. There are 3 double beds and 2 bunk beds,...

"Absolutely beautiful restored 4 bedroom house in a quiet Neighborhood. Very spacious. Excellent Wifi and great water pressure. Kitchen has everything you need for an extended stay. Beautiful pool and external barbeque area. Within walking distance of 2 Michelin star restaurants and all the services in nearby St Cere. Great walks through small villages including Autoire. Host is awesome!"

"The property setting is beautiful! the interior and exterior is immaculate, spacious and extremely accommodating. Vincente is an excellent host, making sure all of our needs were met. I will say it is helpful to have someone who speaks French, my husband is fluent which helped tremendously since Vincente does not speak a word of English. For reference, We were 4 adults and although the listing states sleeps 9 , the double beds are smaller than expected. There are 3 double beds and 2 bunk beds, one pull out sofa (which was very comfortable) . There are two large bathrooms with showers and sinks, very lovely and spacious, however neither had a toilet, there is one half bath where the only toilet is located. We did not have a problem with this at all, but it is good to note as a heads up if you are thinking of renting this house. There is a washer and dryer, dishwasher, and every appliance you would need. The home is well kept and a pleasure to stay in. Outside has all one would need. we enjoyed out stay and Vincente makes you feel like family. He is a wonderful host and made sure all of our needs were met and then some. I highly recommend this property located in the countryside of France and surrounded by other wonderful villages to explore during your stay. "

Lovely 10 days

"We had a great time at Pierre's lovely converted barn in Sonac. The kitchen area was excellent - very well equipped, which made it easy to cater for nine people. "Just a one night stay, sadly. Easy parking just over the road. Lovely room in top condition. Earplugs kindly supplied to help deal with the road noise from the bridge, but we didn't find it overly disturbing. Breakfast very good, but at 15 Euros the priciest of our trip round France. They also seemed understaffed at breakfast as the same staff were having to juggle reception duties as well."
