"We ended up with an 80 Euro parking fine because the staff didn't have enough sense to tell us how the parking lot in back of the hotel worked (what the rules were). For the sake of having parked 12 minutes "early" before 6 PM on Friday night, we ended up with an 80 Euro fine even though we moved our car by 9 AM and leave on Saturday, as we were instructed to do. Hotels should either provide guest parking, or else clearly instruct guests as to the necessary procedures."

"This was the first stop on our trip thru Spain, embarking from Bilbao. Four sixty year olds looking for peace and quiet. We had driven through awesome mountain scenery and arrived at the hotel to be greeted by George (can't spell the Spanish version) who gave us a history of the area. "The hotel was amazing the best we have ever stayed in. The staff were very helpful and the hotel was beautifuly maintained. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were perfect, the bathroom was spotless and the towels big,white and soft. There was a good menu for an evening meal and the food was delicious. The surroundings were very pretty with views to the mountains and a lovely beach just a couple of minutes walk. We would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel to anyone."
