"We booked this with two hours notice, and received excellent service including directions to park our large van, five minutes walk away. You have to bear in mind this is a budget hotel, and as such we found it to be very good. There was a minor problem with the plumbing, which was dealt with efficiently and very very quickly. All the staff we dealt with were friendly, helpful and spoke. Excellent English."

First, I thought the hotel was much nicer than I was expecting, with the hotel being at a highway rest-stop and a much smaller enclave of Leuven. Difficult to navigate as we are a senior couple. The room was small, but well appointed.
