"Not polite front desk staff is just the tip of the issues my husband and I encountered on our trip. We decided the room we originally had wasn’t what we wanted. So we booked at paradise for a lot more money than where we had a reservation. We didn’t get the room we reserved, front desk wasn’t helpful. I really wish we wouldn’t have changed. The other room was bigger, cleaner, and actually gave us what we reserved with a smile. "

"I love love love that is right on the beach. Expedia said my room would have a fireplace and it didn't. Not a huge deal but I was a little bummed. I didn't bring it up to the front desk cause like I said, not a huge dea, and it was probably Expedia's fault anyway. My bf loves the shower.
