Great place to do coast stuff
It was a fine stay. It includes everything you need to make use of the kitchen. It would benefit from a facelift and if there was a coffee table, it would have been serene.

issues with property
The toilet is good for a child's potty stool, but far too small and short for a grown man. The couch is worn out and unusable as it sags and there is no comfortable way to sit on it and read or watch tv. You cannot turn the cushions on the couch as they are worn and ripped on the other side.

Great little spot
This house was a great adventure. It is older. Does not have all the fancy bells and whistles, but it was warm, cozy, and just the right space and view. The beach access is close, but it is 7 flights of concrete stairs with a rail which was perfect for my kiddos. The loading zone was super handy. All in all, great little spot.

A real home away from home little place!
Our family had a great adventure during our stay here. The house had everything we needed, the view was great, and the location was wonderful. The only shortcomings were the lack of water pressure in the shower and the couch that was not comfortable for an adult to sit on for a long time (or sleep).

Pictures.
The pictures I feel were a little misleading. The pictures make it look like it is freshly painted and floors in good shape. We arrived and floors are very worn and paint was not as fresh as pictures make it look. Also the couch needs to be replaced. Huge stains on cushion and when we flipped cushion over it had a huge hole. Had to use blanket to cover couch so that we could sit down. Also there is no support left. Would have been very embarrassed if my daughter would have showed up for her mother’s birthday weekend.

A lot of charm and great location, but some issues
I had a nice time here overall with my 4-year-old son and my father. The location is fantastic: the apartment has a great view and easy access to a fantastic beach with tidepools and driftwood. The apartment itself has the sort of charming shabby-chic that I consider part of a true Oregon Coast experience. We also found the kitchen and bathroom were quite clean and well-stocked. (And great shower pressure!) Now here come the cons (as of our visit in early June 2024). First, the hide-a-bed couch is really in need of refurbishing or replacement. It also seems to be overlooked in the regular cleaning: when we took out the hide-a-bed, we found old potato chips and other debris inside. There also didn't seem to be enough blankets for two beds supplied in the apartment (though the apartment thankfully has very effective heating!) The second problem was that the kitchen faucet makes a loud jackhammering sound when you turn it on past more than a trickle. If these issues were resolved though, I would happily stay here again!

Good location
Water pressure in the shower made us not want to shower. Suggest a queen bed in the bedroom. Sofa is in really bad condition and needs replaced. Horrible to sit on and sleep on. I wouldn't suggest this home for anymore that 2 people.

Oceanside Oasis
Pictures provided were exactly what we found this place to be. Perhaps a little dated but very comfortable. Housekeeping needs to check dishes and utensils before releasing to next guest; we found many items with dried on food residue, knives that had been just wiped off because I could see remains of butter. Many items are stored in cabinets that are way too high for a normal height person to reach (had to use a chair to stand on to retrieve the toaster stored above the microwave.) We thought there would be wood available for the fireplace, instead just a sign stating to use only presto logs which were not there. The beach access required descending and ascending a very steep stairway of about 5 flights of back and forth levels. It was nice to have clearly marked towels for our fur baby. While we were there, the sunset was directly in front of the huge wall of windows. We were never able to get the Wi-Fi to connect so went our entire stay unable to keep in touch. We had to get away from the rental to access email and respond to texts. My husband had a very difficult time trying to appropriately use the tv. Better instructions need to be left in the unit; never could watch things we had planned to. In our welcome instructions we found directions related to “a key on a float that will give us access to a detached building”. No key was found. We never needed to add cold water to the hot for washing dishes or even showering. Even then we never actually had HOT water.

Not as pictured!
The good things! Location was good! It had all the necessary appliances in the kitchen and they were clean. Access to the beach was Great! Wonderful view of the ocean and lots of natural light coming in the windows. The bad things! The sofa was filthy, and many of the cushions were shredded, The sleeper had no mattress cover over it, and it was stained, spring fell off of it when we opened it, Several sharp staples were sticking out when I went to open the sleeper. The mattress cover on the bed had big black handprints all over it and was quite dirty. The area rug was thread bare and dirty. There was no teaspoons in the silverware drawer only two plastic spoons and very few dishes. The smoke detector in the living room started alarming. We took it down and found that there was no possibility of replacing a battery. It looked like it had been taped over to put it back up there, even though it wasn’t really working. All in all the bad outweigh the good.

Great views
This unit had great views of the ocean. The condo was clean, however, the floors do need to be refinished since there were a lot of scratches and it appeared as if it was dirty. The hide a bed is worn and uncomfortable to sit on as the cushions are well used. I would suggest a futon. It is an older condo, but I don't mind it when things are older.

Cozy!
I will definitely rent this unit again. It was in a great location and it did have a nice view, slightly obstructed by trees and other condos, but there is still a nice view. My only issue was the floors needed cleaning and the rug in the living room should be retired. It is a cute little place.

Choose a different location
It is not whag you see in the picture. The little appt is so old but honestly it could be cute. The problem is how dirty it was. As soon as we walked in a horrible smell hit us and made me nauseous all day. We opened all the windows for the 3 days and we couldn't get rid of it. The floors were so sticky and dirty. All the bed sheet and even the extra ones were dirty and unwashed. The sofa bed and the regular bed are so uncomfortable. We had the worst back pain. The sofa bed was so old and dirty from the outside and when i opened it, it was worse!! It hadn't been cleaned in who knows how long. The view is nice and its just a few min walk from the beach, but you can't enjoy it bc you can't get past how dirty the home is. We couldn't even walk in and sit to relax. I was disappointed. A lot of furniture updates needs to be done a done and they need to get someone to actually clean the place.

Lovely beach condo
I was here during a storm, and the apartment was very warm and cozy. So relaxing to watch the ocean waves and have a nice fire (bring your own presto logs only, no real wood in fireplace). The bed and couch were very comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with sufficient utensils, and equipment to make meals. The beach access is about 3 blocks walk, and there are about 70 stairs to get to the bottom. The beach is wonderful! Lots of driftwood and plenty of places for privacy and logs to sit on. A few people have made teepees and forts. Plenty of sand to walk and play on. Very affordable condo in a perfect location for beach, restaurants and stores.
