Wonderful Cabin
The cabin exceeded our expectations. It is superbly built, well laid out, and clean. Located in the quiet and peaceful Maine woods, it made for a most relaxing environment. As a bonus, it sits above the beautiful Medunkeunk Stream. The hosts responded right away when we locked ourselves out. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful Weekend Getaway
We stayed for a total of 4 nights with our dogs and had such a fantastic time. The cabin provided a rustic feel while including modern day appliances and amenities. The host was extremely thoughtful, accommodating, and responds quickly. They provided a packet of restaurants and scenic views that we throughly enjoyed! I definitely recommend this location for your stay!

Chester River Cabin
There was no AC in the cabin so that was an issue for a couple high 80’s days. The owner did say that there were plans to add AC. The taste of the water was definitely an issue for us. Providing bottle water should be considered. Additional lighting on the porch would have been helpful. The quality of the sleeper sofa mattress needs to be improved.

Atving trip
We stayed for 3 nights. Spent the days out four wheeling and the evenings at the cabin. The cabin has everything you need for a comfortable stay away from home. Great location, close enough to town, very peaceful site. Unfortunately it was no longer possible to hit the ATV trails from the site. Not a big problem, there is parking in Lincoln and Winn with great riding from either town. Robin

Great stay, exceeded expectations!
We booked this and the pictures did not do it justice. The view and property were even better than the pictures. We loved the privacy aspect, and loved how we could walk the grounds and explore. The cabin itself was very well maintained and all items were better than expected. If you want a peaceful staycation, to relax and be in nature this is the cabin for you! We will definitely be coming back!

We usually stay in hunting cabins so the wife and daughter were extremely happy with how clean it was. No cobwebs or spiders. The property is well landscaped. The cabin seams new and is beautiful. Great place to relax by the fire and watch the stream!

Maine vacation
Cabin is very clean super soft towels and blankets. Location was good in between activities at moose head lake, Acadia, and Bangor. Peaceful at camp allowing for relaxation and star gazing. Shower was hot with strong pressure. Beds were comfortable. This is a gem in the woods.
