This second-floor, one-bedroom, one-bath condo has a living room, kitchen, dining area, and a balcony facing the river, woods, and vineyard. The bedroom has a queen bed and TV/DVD, while the living area has a queen Murphy bed, TV/DVD, and AC. The bathroom has a jetted tub/shower combination.

Enjoy the Rivergreen indoor pool and hot tub, the beautiful great room with views of the East Branch of the Pemigewasset River, and the small exercise room in that area. Down the elevator is access to a coin-operated laundry, and, in summer, a barbecue area with screened-in gazebo is also available.

Locally you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time, including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local waterpark), gondola/tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming, kayaking, bird watching and much more.

Great White Mtn stay @ Centrally located Loon Mtn location
Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed a magnificent 4 night stay at this near, clean and centrally located complex within the Loon Mountain resort community. During our stay we hiked Mt. Osceola and Welsh Dickey Mtn’s. Both offered spectacular views and the weather during our stay could not have been better. We were no more than a 30 minute car ride from each of the longer hikes that we planned. Our third day we drove the Kancamagus to N. Conway and enjoyed several smaller yet enriching times....making random stops. We loved Woodstock NH, a 15Minute ride down the road.While the lichen was somewhat dated, there was plenty of appropriate cookware etc to eat in when we preferred to.The only disappointments, was the night we planned to grill steaks and broccoli, and was in the midst of firing up the grill (there were two available), neither of them had any propane, which left us no choice but to use the kitchen to do the steaks, while it worked out, it wasn’t optimal.The TV had technical issues which was disappointing when we wanted to take some early morning time to check in on news.ornperhaps a movie in the evening. However the balcony was perfect enjoying the peace of the outdoors while enjoying our morning coffee and each others company!All in all, a wonderful stay and we’d look forward to staying there again....only with propane next time! 😊
