"This was a neat experience and I recommend you try it. We had a small room with a bunk bed. The restroom and showers are in the hallway, you just swipe in when vacant. The only complaint is that we could not control then thermostat and it got very hot in our room."

"I have stayed here at the Pod Hotels Time Square and every time it is perfect. It is comfy and affordable and it’s my budget especially considering we were going to a city where we were not spending extensive time in our hotel room. Even thought that is the case for many others their rooms are still always clean and perfect and staff welcoming, helpful, and inviting. I will always recommend. "

"The inside of the hotel is immaculate super clean nice and bright love it. Outside not so much, garbage all around on side walks and street. People who didn’t belong in the hotel kept coming in the doors and were told to get out. IE homeless, disturbed people. No security during the day to keep guests and staff safe. The restaurant in the hotel is great. Love the food and service was on point. I want to recognize a waitress who was there all 3 days of my stay. Her name is Nina. She deserves...

"This was a perfect room for the trip we booked to NYC for my 50th. Tiny but clean and comfortable with Hilton’s standards (toiletries, wee lil fridge, nice bedding). Staff were exceptional. My only complaint (if you can call it that) was that the air freshener/perfume was really strong. We will certainly book “tiny rooms” in the future, "
