"Awful service from the property host amd vrbo. After payment was made, I contacyed the owmer of property. He told me he has no space and is already fully booked. Dod not help me any further. Still waiting for vrbo to hep me with this matter and hoping to get a refund for it was not possible for us to book in."

"We stayed one night on our travels along the Graden Route. Host Michal was super helpful with organizing check in and the making recommendations for sights and dining options in the area. He was gracious, friendly and so welcoming (and his amazing photographs adorn the walls!) The suite we had was on the lower floor (nicely decorated, not super roomy but well-appointed with a very good bed and linens) so we did not have a patio/balcony but there was a nice area upstairs in the main room with a beautiful deck offering great views of the sea! This is where breakfast was served...which was included and homemade and delicious! We did walk to dinner (a bit hilly but not terrible) which is always a desirable option for us. Overall, a really great place to overnight in Mossel Bay. We wished we could've stayed longer. "

"Upon arrival at the hotel we received very nice welcome from Charlotte who was more than helpful and friendly. Charlotte is excellent at her job. Hotel was bought this gorgeous views and incredibly well maintained. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants luxury ,gorgeous views and a great staff."

"A wonderfully curated property, with so many unique features. You can spend all day exploring property and learning about the history. Fantastic staff, who couldn't be more welcoming, friendly, helpful and accommodating if they tried. Would've loved to spend longer, and would return at the drop of a hat. "This is a great property as it has a range of stay options plus a separate place for day visitors who want to do a game drive. The 'tent' was quite luxurious and game drives informative and exciting. i liked the option to pay what you use and not just an 'all inclusive' which is better value for people who don't eat and drink huge amounts.
