Undesirable hotel
There’s no lift/ elevator, yet my room is in the 3rd flr. There’s lot of small cockroaches inside the room. It seems they never put any insecticide or make any pest control. I booked for twin de luxe room and they gave me de luxe room (not knowing and forgot already about my booking details). I already slept and the next morning they called me for their mistake. They asked me if I can change into my real booking which is twin de luxe room. I refused because I’m going to check out anytime sooner. Instead, I asked for a refund but they said it’s non-refundable (the hotel staffs looks very wise, huh). It will be my first and last check in. And my worst hotel that I ever had. NOT RECOMMENDED!

Hotel is situated in a very busy local market place. Be aware that the hotel does not have a lift, so you'll be walking up and down stairs a lot. The staff are less than welcoming, and the policy of having to return your room key to the front desk every time you leave the hotel is irritating. Would I stay here again? Probably not - i would search for a friendlier hotel which treated their guests as guests and not children.

Hotel in the heart of Lipa
While I rated the other factors as 4, I have the hotel a general score of 3 for the reason that it has still a great potential to improve. Lack of bathroom towels, limited toiletries, breakfast inclusion in the booking, limited parking are some of the things that for me should be improve on. Although I should not expect more considering I paid a fairly low price but I wouldn't have mind paying extra for the services I've mentioned.
