"I have stayed at this property two times now and would come again another time. It is not a fancy resort but is a nice, clean place to stay right on the beach with a friendly staff and good restaurant. There are also several other restaurants within walking distance and many more within short drive. Right on Lipa Noi bay, enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The property even has two kayaks available for customers. "

"I arrived after a long day of travel to find a slew of shoes on my patio! I had already tried contacting host multiple times to get directions. I have yet to get response. I luckily found alternative accommodations and promplty let vrbo know that they had double booked!!
