"Incredibly charming and comfortable, and its situation in town is absolutely perfect. I adored the building, the room, the tiny street view, and the accessibility to everything. Anna the concierge/hostess at the hotel was lovely, friendly and so helpful. I miss being there! If there's just one tiny complaint, it's that the bed and pillows were kinda hard, but I got over it considering the rest of the beauty I was surrounded by."

"We had a very nice room "Lipari" with a balcony on one side and a large terrace with a view to the sea on the other. It got sun in the morning and shade in the evening. The staff were excellent and very helpful."

"Accueil au minimum de ce qu'on peut attendre, salle de bain dans un triste état (douche, pomme de douche, ventilation : tout HS). La porte de chambre n'a pas de serrure sécurisée, type placard, vitrée. Vieille demeure et logement pas du tout réhabilité. Par contre, très belle vue directe sur le petit port de Lipari. Belle situation sur le port, et au coeur de la zone touristique. Très agréable de prendre le petit déjeuner sur un balcon., mais n'y allez pas pour sa qualité (pains et biscottes...

"The room was extremely small- so small that every time I got out of bed I banged my leg either against the wall or the bed frame! The bed mattress was also extremely hard so hard I did not sleep. In addition, there was no hair conditioner nor body lotion in the bathroom."

"This is a historic property in a not so historic area. My family spent two days in this place. We were concerned when we were coming close to the hotel because we did not realize that is in the outskirts of Siracusa, in an area filled with non-impressive apartment buildings. However, when we entered the property, we were pleasantly surprised. The grounds are beautiful and the hotel is an historic building with a lot of character.
