"This is an older hotel which has been refurbished but still has the Soviet style feel to the décor. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. However, don't expect any English. If you have a translator APP then you can get the basics across. The facility does not have any elevator. It does have 2 restaurants and the menu is essentially Russian cuisine. It was a nice included breakfast. If you get a single room, be aware that it is not ensuite so the bathroom and shower is down the hall. The...
