Beautiful setting. I was a bit confused about advertised lake who is actually not on the property and holds little for guests. Pool area was wonderful very quiet with trees and birds.
Heinz was most helpful in sugges outings and arranging driver.
A few niggles: Breakfasts like all in Sri Lanka could use some tweaking with toast presented first to go cold and items not offered but available such as tomatoes or bacon: readily provided when requested. Spider life is rampant so staff could pay more attention to cleaning webs on pool furniture and pot plants.
Overall a beautiful property lovely staff and a wonderful stay

Great sized pool on the beach but you need to walk along from there to public beach and beyond as you cannot swim from hotel beach as it is coral. Limited options to dine outside of hotel as pubs and restaurants few and far between Transport on leaving hotel difficult to arrange though tuk tuk drivers outside hotel really helpful with this
