"Property in excellent location, close to parking, restaurants, stores. Walkable distance to castle, praca do comercio etc. The only downside was the smell from outside where the kitchen was. "

"Great location, room is not very big but manageable with 2 people, staff is friendly. The elevator is small but it works, we never have to wait for elevator. Soundproof but you would still hear people closing door. Overall it was amazing!"
"The staff is very professional ,anything you need they have the right answer ,they take their time to explain in detail and make sure that you understand .I travel thru the world but I never saw such a great and smooth check in ,check out ,information ,good coffee clean hotel .WOW , that’s all I can say !"
"Sweet staff. Clean place with a good view if your room.faces the front of the hotel. The neighborhood seems a bit rough. there was a lot of yelling and homeless people fighting til like 3-4 in the morning every day. But the back side of the hotel is towards the touristy area and is quieter. overall good location for tourism."
"Great property. Friendly staff. You will need earplugs if you plan to sleep before 11pm. No soundproofing can help with cheering singing crowds outside. They are so happy you cannot even get mad. Plan to join them."
"Booked this hotel for my wife’s 30th Birthday. Her family also stayed here and it was a surprise to her that they were staying. The hotel were very discreet when talking about the booking and their help with booking taxis and giving directions were greatly appreciated. The rooms were spacious and very clean. We also used the spa pool and saunas. Overall I could not rate the hotel more. The price for breakfast was a little high, so we opted to eat in the city. Lots of nice places to get something to eat and drink! "
"Great location in Lisbon, near the beautiful Rossio Square.
Breakfast was well presented, featuring fruit, cheeses, pastry etc. Very quiet hotel , rooms very clean with air conditioning. Many restaurants, shops and shopping mall with walking .
