This was a great apartment for our 3 week stay in Lisbon. It was clean, comfortable and well appointed. It has both heat and AC units in the lounge room and both bedrooms so it would be comfortable year round. While it is located in a residential area, there are lots of restaurants and shops around if you explore a bit. It is a short downhill walk to a train and subway station so it is easy to get around the city. The station also has a grocery store and a nice pastry shop with great Pastal De Natas as well as other delicious delicacies and breads. While it is a steep uphill walk to the apartment from the station, there is a bus you can take from there that will get you up the hill close by. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay here again if we make it back. I can highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Lisbon. It is away from the tourist areas so it is quiet with great local restaurants on every corner and convenient travels to all around Lisbon.
