Hotel is located in a great location to visit Lisbon. Walkable to all the tourist attractions. Metro station is across the street. Breakfast was good. Room was decent size. Staff was friendly and professional.

Beautiful hotel with an excellent restaurant and free breakfast. The location is very good,you can walk pretty much everywhere,and the rooms are spacious and very comfora. Only negative is the lack of sound-proofing,it’s very easy to hear people in the gall and neighbouring rooms. Nota huge problem,but for the absolute first class accomodations and amenities,the relatively noisy room was a bit of a distraction.

The hotel is very stylish and has a great location, however as light sleepers the wooden floors in the rooms meant that we could hear noise from other rooms. Breakfast was nice but we were not informed that we could order certain items - eg omelette and hot chocolate - and only found out by seeing others order these items. Staff were also quite aloof in contrast to the helpful and happy people on reception!

Everything about this place is top tier! I love Lisbon so will definitely be back and will for sure stay here. The staff were all wonderful and accommodating, I was travelling with someone with mobility issues and so everyone was very helpful getting in & out of cars and around the hotel. Having a room upgrade so we had more space for wheelchair etc was also a really nice gesture. We enjoyed the free breakfast and also took advantage of dinner in the hotel one evening, I loved the oxtail I was served and it was a nice touch having a piano player and great sommelier to explain the wines. They also do really sweet touches like chocolates, custard tarts, welcome drinks which are also delicious and very much appreciated. I also loved the courtyard for breakfast and the view from the room. All round very well maintained and comfortable room with cool decor. Sometimes it was hard to leave the room to go exploring as it was so comfortable! The hotel is also right in front of the metro, which while we didn’t use it given the wheelchair, is very convenient for future visits. Overall was the perfect place to stay for our trip!
