A basic hotel with just a kettle and mini small Fridge. We arrived about 10:15 am. We were allowed to leave our luggage. We returned at 2:30pm...but had to wait intil checking time at 3:00pm. It seemed they do not allow check-in not a minute before 3:00pm. The rooms were cleaned daily. This is a spacious and clean hotel. There is a restaurant on site. However there are many restaurants, supermarket, transportation and shopping just steps away. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The manager was very thoughtful and respectful.

The staff is friendly and ver helpful, the room was clean. Not much amenities, just the basics. It is well located, though, not walkable distance from point of interest, but Uber works very well and cheap.

The hotel is small, located close to subway station that makes it pretty convenient. The room was comfortable for 4 people which was difficult to find at this price range

Good experience. Walking distance to all Amenities that we needed during our stay in Lisbon. Parking is not free but available if needed for a fee. Breakfast is great and the servers are all nice. They cleaned our room daily. We got the superior suites and it was great for our of four. I give it a thumbs up.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. Staff are helpful. Room was clean, WiFi is good and the shower was decent. Comfy bed and excellent pillows. Several restaurants within 3 minutes walk. Hotel is close to metro station but the hill is steep (although not too bad by Lisbon standards). There is traffic noise from nearby main road but the road the hotel is on is fairly quiet so noise levels are fine unless you are a very light sleeper. Breakfast buffet is decent quality but would benefit from more variety of meat/cheese. However if you want cake for breakfast this hotel is for you! Overall although it lacks wow factor this is a good hotel and I would happily stay here again.

I took the hotel parking for 10 euro a day, BUT be careful don not ever park opposite or along the hotel parking spaces these are reserved for local residents, if you do they will chain your car with heavy fines. You can use underground public parking just near by
