Lovely friendly staff. Reasonable transport in all directions. Our room was gorgeous. Clean, stylish and extremely comfortable. Holiday was to celebrate my birthday and I was surprised to come back from a day out to find cake and a celebration note. Really added to my special day!

The overall standard of the facilities was good. However I felt the dining facilities for evening meals was lacking. Access to Metro and Rail was only a short disance away. Overall with the outdoor swimming pool it was a great place to stay and relax.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and nicely decorated. The room for a family of 4 was a bed and a pull out sofa and the mattress on the pull out was very hard and uncomfortable.

2 very different experiences!
This is the 2nd time we stayed here. The 1st time we were put in one of the new rooms, this time we weren't so lucky. It was fine but quite tired. A shame to have such a different experience for the same price, it was a shame. The pool is also extremely cold! My daughter who usually loves a pool wouldn't go in!

Great family hotel!
If you’re traveling as a family, this is a great place to stay. They have kids activities, a small playground outside, a pool and kiddie pool, video games in the lobby, and overall very accommodating for families.
