The room was fine. The location wasn’t really near things a tourist would go to. The rating most of all was due to the staff being very unwelcoming and unfriendly. Reception and the restaurant staff hardly made eye contact. Not a smile among them. The bar guys were the exception. Very nice.

A short stopover in Lisbon

The room was great, and overlooked the park; I had been concerned about road noise, but actually it was fine. The room was clean and well presented, and the facilities were good. Staff were all very helpful. Breakfast was excellent. All in all, very happy and would recommend.

Mediocre!

This hotel was built as some sort of a designer hotel experience. It is absolutely not this. It was pretty old and fairly cramped. The location was just OK. This hotel is mediocre at best.

Great location.Quiet (room at back). Nice bar in lobby. Rooms very small and bed very, very hard. Very good housekeeping team. Great breakfast but very short staffed. Team who worked breakfast were terrific and tried their best. Front desk staff helpful. I would stay again if the beds were better!

Stay in Lisbon

Room is not spatious. There is only one elevator for the whole hotel, so there can be problem esp. in the morning when everybody wants to use it. Breakfast is very rich with a lot of food, so everyone can really have good breakfast. Location is excellent.

Excelente ubicación, la asistencia de los chicos en mostrador es muy buena, son amables; pero los baños están muy justos en tamaño y las alfombras les falta limpieza (había uñas de otro huésped) la basura no la retiraron todos los días y no hubo limpieza diaria para poner jamón en las bañeras
