Santos River View Terrace - Boutique Duplex

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, just a few minutes walk from the city center.

The upper floor is an open space attic exposed on south direction. It's been designed to make you enjoy the Tagus stunning river view atmosphere, from the attic inside - thru it's tall mirror door and windows - and specially from it's 180 ° open air terrace.

Our main bedroom suite has it`s private bathroom and a sunroom facing the river with a working space.

The second bedroom also accommodates a working space, and it`s guests can use the bathroom the next door in the hall.

The down floor living room gathers the meal table and a cable TV, constituting itself as an alternative social area to the upper floor open space attic lounge.

Although being the main social and relaxing area, the attic lounge is able to receive two hosts in single beds with the same level of comfort as the king size beds serving the two bedrooms.

Our apartment is located in a quiet residential hill, surrounded by embassies and big houses with gardens, making it a very peaceful and quiet place to relax, only 15 minutes walking from downtown.

Clean, quiet, and beautiful home!
Stayed with coworkers for a few days, and appreciated having a quiet place to return to in the evening with all the amenities we needed. Henrique was a great host and very responsive to our messages. We would stay again!

We loved everything about this apartment! It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The bed was wonderful and so nice to have 2 bathrooms and plenty of room to spread out. The loft area is big and the view is amazing! We loved the location because it was so quiet at night and easy to get places. Henrique is an amazing host and we highly recommend staying here!

Quiet, spacious, convenient
We had a great stay, away from other tourists in a neighborhood brimming with local charm (and peaceful). Be ready for steps and hills, but that’s life in Lisbon. Restaurants and groceries in easy walking distance, and hustle of tourist area less than 30 minutes walking or closer by ride share. Great view of the river and well appointed accommodations with room to spread out, and Henrique even offered to take us to Sintra (extra), which was a fantastic day in itself. Highly recommend!

Nice apartment in good location
Apartment is clean with 2 nice size bedrooms and 2 separate bathrooms with additional sleeping space in upstairs living room space. Plenty of space to spread out. Host was great to communicate with. Loved the attention to detail. Putdoor space was small but offered some great views. Location was good as well. Grocery stores and restaurants within walkin distance. Loved the coffee machine available.

Beautiful stay in a lovely neighborhood
We had a wonderful time at this location. The space itself is clean, sun-filled, and has plenty of amenities including laundry. The espresso machine was especially wonderful! The rooms were each nicely sized, and the upstairs area was perfect for hanging out. The ACs worked great, the accommodations were complete, and the view of the water from the upstairs balcony was a wonderful touch! Thanks to Henrique!

Gorgeous Riverview in its center

Wonderful Stay in a great area
This was a perfect location for our family! The property was so clean and better than the pictures and description. It was ideal for three adults and 3 young kids. Fabulous Experience in Santos Neighborhood
This is a great place to stay when visiting Lisbon. We wanted to be away from the busy, touristy areas-but a short inexpensive Uber ride when we wanted to see the sites. Fantastic up to date condo!!
We had a great stay in this beautiful up to date condo. The location was great - close enough to the waterfront, but far enough up on the hillside that we had a peaceful, quite stay. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from in walking distance. The Delightful Lisbon Apartment

Spacious, beautiful, quiet apartment off beaten path
This beautiful and comfortable apartment exceeded our expectations. The bed was firm, and amenities were modern while feeling like you are in a traditional Portuguese apartment. The loft with the view of the Santos was an awesome hangout with gorgeous views. The neighborhood was quiet but we were very close to an amazing boulangerie and corner store as well as superb Italian restaurant. We also walked to Belem to try the pasteis and the LX Factory (around 30 minute walks). We will definitely stay here again!

Lovely Apartment
We had a great time in Lisbon. The apt. was really lovely, looking exactly like the pictures. We spent most of our nights on the outdoor balcony, sipping wine and chatting. There’s a terrific cafe nearby, which overlooks a small park. Henrique was a terrific host. He was very responsive and helpful, especially when we were stuck at the airport waiting for our luggage to arrive. If you get the opportunity, stay here. We recommend it!

Perfect peaceful retreat in Lisboa
Our family had a wonderful stay here. The flat was clean and tastefully decorated, with everything we needed to cook and relax. The upstairs terrace has a gorgeous view of the Rio Tejo, and lots of comfortable spots for reading and taking in the view. The neighborhood was quiet and charming, with a small mercado, French cafe, and restaurants just a block away. We enjoyed walking from the flat to town, and it was easy to connect to public transportation. Henrique was very helpful and welcoming, and always responded quickly to our messages. Perfect choice for quiet stay in Lisbon
Henrique’s apartment is well-located, spotless, comfortable and quiet! I’m a light sleeper and I must’ve read 1000 reviews of properties in Lisbon that warned how noisy the popular neighborhoods were; I am so glad I chose this place! Henrique met us at the apartment, helped carry our luggage (2 circular stair flights up) and was so gracious in showing us the features of the lovely apartment. He also provided recommendations for restaurants and shops nearby. (Our dinners at nearby Geographia and Come Prima were excellent.) it’s easy to walk to the popular Lisbon neighborhoods, and we also took trams, buses and Ubers. Got Obrigada, Henrique!
