The staff at this property were amazing. They even got the cleaning lady to clean the mold that was in my room on the wall next to my bed which bothered me very much but they took care of it. Most people might not noticed it cause it was towards the top part of the wall.

We did not have great experience at this hotel honestly I don’t know how they are 4 starts. They should have 2-3 starts hotel. The hotel itself was clean but the location was bad and not clean. And so many homeless around there. Noisy with ambulans and constructions. First they canceled our reservations due to not having room and transfer us to a different hotel but when we asked we don’t want to go and refund us, they refused to give us a refund and they told us we need to pick WC hotel or another hotel that they transfer us. The room was really really small that you can’t even move there. That room was good for one single person not for a couple. You could hear the footsteps of person above you and was hard to sleep. We didn’t have good experience and I don’t recommend to anyone who is traveling to Portugal.

What a fabulous hotel. Quirk but classy. Beautifully styled. Everything you need with style too. The breakfast was amazing so much choice. The food was beautiful. The surroundings are gorgeous. Plenty outside the hotel and a half hour walk to the seafront. Really handy. Metro stop Intendente right outside. Easy from the airport with one change. Staff are so friendly. Lovely stay will definitely be back.

Simply great.
I recently stayed at this fantastic hotel in Lisbon and had an exceptional experience. The room was spotlessly clean and offered an awesome view of the city, which made my stay even more memorable. The unique feature of having a bathtub at the foot of the bed added a luxurious touch. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. Additionally, the hotel’s location was perfect, being very close to a tram stop and a metro station, making it convenient to explore the city. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Lisbon!

The room was very small. It wasn’t a comfortable, it was a very open room with bathroom and shower separated and sink in the middle. The beds are facing the sink and toilet and shower. It wasn’t actually a separate bathroom very open. I did not like it at all.

A Lovely Solo Stay
I had a lovely stay at the WC. It's right by the metro station so it's really easy to get around Lisbon centre or even further afield to one of the beach towns like Cascais. Despite the quirky theme the room still felt chic! I was on the 6th floor in a gorgeous sunny room that gets a lot of light and has a great view of the city. The front desk staff are wonderful - warm, accommodating and ever so helpful, so much so that I wouldn't hesitate to return.

Nice hotel, needs better reception staff training
A lot of money has spent on this property and mostly it's been very well spent. The hotel is very conveniently located next to Intendente metro station. It's not the prettiest part of Lisbon, but it feels mostly safe. The biggest issue I had with my stay was how terrible the welcome was. The reception staff Goncalo and another lady were utterly disinterested. No "hello", no "welcome", a few grunts to say "I need your passport" not even a please! Utterly unbelievable to me that you would spend that much on a hotel and have such horrid reception staff. Sadly the bad attitude coloured everything else. The room was beautiful. Well appointed, plenty of drinking water, coffee machine etc. There were some maintenance issues, the coffee machine was leaking, the shower drain was slow causing overflow into the room, a chair was cracked. Small stuff that is easily sorted. The hotel sits right on top of the Metro and you can hear the distant rumble of the trains. It's not a deal breaker, but earplugs might help light sleepers. Overall, I would be happy to stay here again, subject to the re-training/replacement of the staff.

The shower leaked. When I brought the issue up with the reception team, they at first told me that it was our fault in that we had our foot on the drain hole. Finally, after taking pictures, videos, and speaking to the reception team again about the issue the next day, the maintenance team came by to caulk the bottom of the shower walls. Glad that someone can buy to fix it, but disappointed that I wasn't believed the first time the issue was reported. Moreover, disappointed that we as guests had to spend time drying the floor.
