"There was renovation going on we were unaware of ahead of time. Also the game room was closed. Room was brand new and clean & comfortable. There was ice all built up on the stairs by the entrance near our room. A shovel and salt and sand mix as if they know this happens but didn’t take the time to do anything about it. I used the mix to cover the thick layer of ice. Very surprised they wouldn’t chip or make an effort to remove it. It’s almost as if they are saying here do it yourself so I...

"Parking was a little difficult with the snow storm and odd that there is only one entrance for guests that was visible/easy to find in a storm coming from the far end of the lot."

"The staff here saved us during a snowstorm when we were not able to get home. They were all so incredibly kind and accommodating, and made us feel so much better during a hectic time.
