"Best beach on Exuma. Centrally located. Once you check in, no reason to search other beaches because you are staying at the nicest, plus the beach/bay is very quiet (not many people use the beach). Owners are very friendly and helpful. You will love this place and you'll love Exuma."

"The condo is absolutely beautiful, furnished very nicely with wonderful views, both out out of the front and the back. Our only criticism would be the kitchen. Accessories are very minimal. It makes it difficult to try and cook at home with such minimal accessories. We are so wish there was a grill accessible to the condo."

"Starting with great dialogue with Peter and Betty before booking. They answered all of our questions promptly. They assisted with transport from the airport (Thank you Rodney) and assisted us with a few food items for breakfast as we had asked. (We arrived on Sunday after local grocery stores were closed) Peter graciously met us at the house upon our arrival and not only familiarized us the home but also gave us an incredible overview of the island and all it had to offer. "Wow! What an incredible location! We absolutely loved this house. The space. The outdoor (and indoor) kitchen. The well stocked home. The amazing host. We didn’t want to leave! Snorkeling/walking to the sandbar was so great! Kayaked and paddle boarded out our back door. The house manager is amazing and very helpful. The host has SO many fantastic recommendations about the area and activities. We thoroughly loved our stay and cannot wait to come back!!! Yes yes yes….book it!"

Heaven on earth

"One week isn’t long enough. The beauty of the sunrise from the back porch every morning made it worth setting our alarm clocks even on vacation. There are plenty of amenities on the property and it is very close to Georgetown. We will definitely be returning to Blue Hues in the future. Thank you again for the wonderful memories!!! "

Ocean Front new build Tropic of Cancer Beach !!

Amazing Property and Location!

"We had an amazing time staying at the Osprey! It was a 30-second walk to the gorgeous Tropic of Cancer beach! The property was perfect for a family of 4 like us and had beach towels/chairs, dishes, and ice in the freezer for us! It was right next to what became our favorite eating/drinking spot on the beach - Brea’s place. Richard and Shauna were super responsive and quickly answered any questions about the property and the island. 10/10 experience! Would definitely stay here again when we’re back in Exuma!"
