"Excellent stay. The unit is well furnished, with many lovely details (bath robe, bedspread on the couch, etc.), is clean and has everything you need. The mattress is comfortable. The place was completely cleaned up and fixed so soon after the storms. Liked evenings by the water and watching the sunset."

"It was my first trip to the area. I had forgotten about the devastation Hurricane Ian had brought to the area. The renovated cottage is in great shape. Amazing views of the water - great when you've been working all day. Fast wi-fi, and everything I needed. It's on a road with some traffic, but I always pack ear plugs so that wasn't an issue. The host was great - easy to connect with and responsive!"

"Our family had a wonderful Christmas at this North Captiva house. The spacious property perfectly balances beachfront seclusion with modern comforts. While its remote location means weather-dependent check-in times and slightly sulfuric groundwater, these are minor concerns. The management team excels at storm recovery, provides grocery delivery connections, and includes boat access. Special thanks to Lars and Dan for maintaining this amazing property!"

"We visited September 2024…. The hosts were absolutely amazing.. we had a situation where we needed a place .. I contacted the owner on VRBO and he couldn’t have been kinder.. We were able to check in that night and stayed for a week.. the home is gorgeous, lots of extras with this house… the home had almost anything you would need.. beach chairs, pool floats , pool noodles, towels, and fishing poles.. we will definitely return to this home ..
