The only reason i scored 3 star is that the toilet smells really bad. I had to buy scented materials to put in the toilet. The dish rack was also full of dust and residues but overall the bed was comfortable and view was amazing. My sister's queen room was perfect though even her toilet did not smell. Lobby was so full of people. Do not expect to be able to check in immediately. You have to respond to expedia question about check in time which we missed and when you get there they ask you for cash for deposit. They are not real hotel. They are service apartment. The check in person arrived late both in and out but he was very nice. Overall if the toilet isn't stinky i would totally go back. The nearby shopping and dining was so walkable and convenient. The night market was only 5 minutes away.

We had an amazing experience staying at this apartment. The staff was extremely helpful and very kind and understanding! Anything we asked for was accommodated by them. We stayed here for two weeks, we asked for extra stuff and every other day house cleaning, they did not hesitate re this. The amenities in this building was beyond our expectation especially the pool area was luxury. The most famous mall Pavalion mall was literally 7 mins walk from our apartment and so much more the area offers all without 5-10 mins walking distance. Lots of cultural food near by walking distance and their alor night market is 15 mins walk and it was an amazing experience. I hope you enjoy your stay here as much as we did. I recently stayed at this property for four nights, and unfortunately, it did not live up to expectations. While the location is nice, and the property itself has a lot of potential, the experience was disappointing due to a lack of basic services and communication issues. Firstly, there was no housekeeping at all during my entire stay, which was frustrating and left the room feeling neglected. This made a big difference in the overall comfort and cleanliness, which are essentials for any hotel stay. Additionally, communication from the property management was poor. When I tried to reach out regarding the lack of housekeeping and other basic needs, responses were either delayed or unhelpful. It felt as though guest concerns were not a priority, which was disappointing. The area and the property’s appearance suggest a high standard, but unfortunately, that standard was not reflected in the service. The lack of attention to basic upkeep and guest satisfaction was surprising and disappointing, given the potential of the place. Overall, I would not recommend this property unless management improves their maintenance and customer service.
