At 8.30 in the mornings you can meet the animals and offer them feed. Donna the farm manager tells you the animals names and all about them which makes it even better! "Very comfortable beds & the cottage was surrounded by beautiful fields filled with cute cows! Only thing that I would suggest is bringing your own drinking water & some stick-on black out blinds if you’ve got a baby that likes a dark bedroom. The property does also need a bit of maintenance- the door handles fell off constantly & there was lots of little ant friends. Otherwise, the property was very nice, clean & comfortable. Thank you! "

"This was our second visit. Even with an infant i am always able to be tranquil and actaully feel like i am on holiday. The views are stunning and the river is beautifully clear. Baby loved the morning visits from the cows. It's also our dogs (border collie) favourite get away too. The service you receive here is great and we feel so cared for. Needless to say we will be back again in the future, only downfall is that we didnt book a longer stay."
