Discover your perfect extended stay in our 4-bed, 2.5-bath house in Little Rock's midtown, ideal for families in transition or contractors in work stay. With a sleeping capacity of 9, our 1704 sqft two-story home features a king bed, three queen beds, and a daybed, plus a handy half bath downstairs.

Upstairs hosts three queen bedrooms and two full baths for privacy and peace. Downstairs includes a king bedroom and a daybed in the living area for extra comfort.

A workstation with an adjustable desk caters to remote work or study needs. The kitchen is fully equipped for lengthy stays.

Enjoy a private, fenced backyard with a patio and a two-car garage. Centrally located, our home blends comfort and practicality for an outstanding Little Rock extended stay experience. Welcome to your cozy, convenient home away from home!

Guests will have full access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, and living areas. You're also welcome to enjoy the large backyard and the patio for some outdoor relaxation. The garage and driveway provides ample parking space. Please feel free to make yourself at home during your stay.

Our guests have the option to request early check-in or late check-out, subject to availability. A fee of $35 will apply for each service. Please let us know in advance if you would like to take advantage of this option so we can make sure to accommodate your request.

For construction crew that stays longer than 30 days, a bi-weekly cleaning is mandatory and included as an additional fee. This policy helps us ensure that the property remains clean and comfortable for all guests.
