"For the price, the quality should be much, much higher at this hotel. We had problems from the minute we arrived in our bungalow. The shower was stuck on one lukewarm temperature and couldn't be adjusted. No minibar, but there was a refrigerator to keep our water and other drinks cold. However, it was broken too. "While I don't enjoy staying in a room with other people who are almost always loud and inconsiderate with lights, I almost always stay here on every visit to Los Angeles bc its clean, elegant & the staff couldn't be nicer. The lobby is a royal palace, the rooftop is paradise. One time I made a booking and they canceled it for me which violates policies so I. Feel a sense of gratefulness to them in addition to all of the above"
