"Very clean new construction property in a subdivision type setting. Perfect for couple or perhaps a young family for a couple days. There is another unit connected to this one and one could hear a bit through the walls but it wasn’t too noisy. We chose it because it was only 30 minutes from Zion and was reasonably priced. It makes a good home base for those wanting to explore in the area. Could use a few more amenities like more glassware, silverware (only one butter knife), kitchen towel, trash...

It was generally squeaky and uncomfortable. Additionally, the absence of towel hooks or bars in the bathroom was inconvenient. Our overall experience was decent, but we wouldn't stay here again."
