East Beach Retreat is extremely spacious and delightful apartment on the ground floor of a beautiful Grade Listed Georgian building facing the seafront. The jewel in the crown is the enclosed private back garden which is long with ample space for bikes. Beach 100 yards. Shop,amusements,harbour,pubs, cafes and restaurants all within few minutes walking distance.Within five-minute walk along the seafront is a ‘wave’ indoor swimming and gym complex, as well as par 3 gold course open to the public.

Walk through the front door to a wide hallway where you are greeted with a generous living room featuring a couple of sofa beds that can accommodate up to 3 additional guests. The dining room makes great use of the space and can easily accommodate a family. The bedroom is spacious and has been decorated to a high standard, giving you a real home from home feel. The kitchen and bathroom are located at the back of the apartment and are both very modern and accommodating. The real jewel in the crown is the enclosed back garden which is long and has ample space for bikes. This area is a complete sun trap and offers a place to relax and enjoy all that the south coast has to offer, after a busy day spent at the nearby beach, which is located directly outside the front door and across the road. This period property with its tall ceilings and designer finishing is a magnificent holiday escape for couples, families or for a golfing break at one of the oldest and trickiest golf course courses in the country. The interior has been completely decorated and features a magnificent living area, ideal for the family or a small group. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Within five-minute walk along the seafront is a ‘wave’ indoor swimming and gym complex, open to the public. There is also a public par 3 golf course within a 5 minutes’ walk. Littlehampton is within a few minutes’ drive of the South Downs which offer stunning walks across the south downs and coast. Whether you’re looking for quiet walks along the long sandy beach, a trip to a museum, or fun and games at an adventure park, Littlehampton has plenty to offer the family. Also found on the side of the River Arun is an independent cinema and a plethora of cafes at Harbour Park seaside amusements, all within a short walking distance. Littlehampton Fort is located at the end of Rope Walk, on the west side of the River Arun and just 300 metres south west of a great theatre. Littlehampton is the ideal base from which to discover the South Downs and coast. Less than 40 minutes away to the east is Brighton with its nightlife and theatres, which features The Theatre Royal Brighton, one of the oldest and most distinguished theatres in the country. Less than a 20-minute drive up the road you’ll discover historic medieval towns of Chichester and Arundel.
