"We booked this place based on it was a new listing and nice modern furnishings. Maybe we were the unlucky ones but we were welcomed with unswept floors, non-working toliet with a surprise from a previous unsuccessful flush, dead insects, and no hot water. We had to run the water for 2-3 minutes to get 'luke warm', not convenient for our small children. ville arredate bene, serramenti di pregio, accessori adeguati. Pulizia interna buona ma, sui balconi ( per altro spogli di arredamento) , intorno e dentro la piscina privata pulizia insufficente. La cassaforte in camera non funzionava, non ci sono bidet. Il luogo è isolato, conviene disporre di auto. Comunque ci siamo complessivamente trovati bene ,devo dire però che, a tariffa piena, il servizio è insufficente. "

"Grear for families. My kids enjoyed the pool and the atmosphere around. The view to the see from my room and from the pool was incredible although the property is about 1.5 Km from the beach. If you decide to stay here you need to be aware that there is about 1.8 Km walk to the closest town and if you miss the shuttle the next option is a taxi or to walk. Beutiful stay and safe walks to the beach.. "
"Picturesque, not far from town but car or quad is necessary. The pool and the pool are is to small for the number of guest I needs to accommodate. The staff is extremely nice (I appreciate that). The break fast buffet is very diverse and plentiful, but the quality of the products are not up to par. Although breakfast was include, we ended up eating breakfast. outside the hotel after the first day experience. "

"Boutique Hotel is brand new , with amazing staff. Rooms are very nice but need more mirrors in the room. There is only 1 in the bathroom so you need to take turns. Parking is unpaved but I guess they will do that during the offseason. Should be good for our return in 2026. "
