The room we stayed in was very spacious with some excellent amenities. It was in a fantastic location, close enough to walk into the centre but not too close that the night life affected your sleep. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed for two nights over the weekend. The staff were lovely and helpful, the room and bathroom was clean and very comfortable, great breakfast buffet - loads to choose from, and the area was close to the center, but quiet - I had an amazing sleep. Will definitely return the next time I am in the city.

Very close to Lambeth North tube station and handy for Waterloo. Big room for 3 of us and very quiet considering its next to trains. All very clean.

The hotel is very nice and the staff is very friendly but the room is hot because the AC is centrally controlled. The bed and the pillows are terribly hard

I liked how clean and tidy our hotel room was. Everything was precise and well presented, although some liberty was taken with the perspective of the room photos (they're a bit smaller in the flesh). The bathroom was very good and accessibility for the shower was amazing.

The room was described as deluxe but wasn’t really much of an improvement on a travelodge or premier inn room, ie no wardrobe or fridge. It’s a popular place for hen nights so can be noisy. I had to ask for the bed covers to be changed because of the blood stains. Breakfast was plentiful and well presented. Good location but no car parking so be prepared to spend £25 per day on parking charges.
