Firstly, the location of the property was not the easiest to find with one way parking etc and if unfamiliar with area. It had incredibly tight, cramped underground parking but at least there was parking. Check-in was via a lockbox which was very stiff. My daughter broke her nail trying to pull the lever down. Still fun and games trying to unlock door as one key turns one way and the other turns the other way!
Unfortunately for us, there were lots of steps within the apartment itself so if mobility is an issue for anyone then this apartment is not suitable. This effected our stay as we were wanting to bring a disabled guest over for dinner. Cost much more for stay in buying food out and unnecessary pans.
It says it sleeps up to 6. There are 2 very comfy double beds but one sits under a window which is not that soundproof. The apartment is opposite a popular pub. If you need to use the pullout and do not want to share a bed then make sure you ask for bedding as it was not provided. It states there is an iron but there was not.
Fortunately, it was right near a Sainsbury as I had to go there to buy pans for cooking. The well stocked photo is not of the apartment. Cooking supplies are very limited.
The apartment was beautifully clean and felt safe.
Communication was scarce by email with letting agency, phoning is better they say.
Big plus, in town, near beautiful Lords Street and not too far a walk to promenade.
