Lovely to stay in a converted warehouse. The rooms were huge, the charm of the hotel lovely. We had a massage at the Spa which was excellent. We would stay here again. The only downside of using the Spa is that some of the loungers are broken, i.e. the hooks to adjust the recliner are missing or broken.

The hotel and staff were 2nd to none, every member of staff we meet where fantastic, polite, professional and very helpful. The room was spotless, and the bar foyer and dining hall & spa (the only areas we went into) were beautiful and high levels of cleanliness. The surrounding areas were run down, and hard to find a place to eat outside of the hotel. That said nothing would put me off from staying again and I will certainly recommend to others.
