"Great historic property in center of town! "

"From the moment we walked in, the hotel smelled & looked incredibly clean. I personally witnessed staff changing everything from all linens to shower curtains between guests, which was very reassuring. Every public space we saw was immaculate and impressively organized. The breakfast was what you would expect from a standard continental breakfast, but the dining area has limited seating, so I recommend arriving early if you want to sit at a table. The staff were polite, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. My only suggestion would be to improve staffing levels. While the team exceeded many of my expectations, service was sometimes slow simply because the staff were stretched thin. There wasn’t always someone at the front desk during our stay, but they promptly came when called by phone. Overall, they went above and beyond in cleanliness and hospitality, and with just a bit more staffing, the service would be flawless."
