"The service of the hostel was excellent, I am very hoary to choose stay with them, everything clean, nice rooms, they have a lot of options, for couples, friends, backpackers, families, has everything, if you want party, if you want relax, any plan they have. The staff sooooo friendly, RUTH!!! was amazing she helped us with some requirements, The atmosphere is so nice, we were sad to don't stay longer because deserves stay minimum 5 days, and also because they have a lot of activities!!!"

"Exceptional! Firstly, it is one of the newer properties in the area and is very well maintained. The service was nothing short of excellent. No question was unanswered and the staff (particularly Samuel) went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and an overall great experience. The food options were plentiful and very flavorful, both al la carte and buffet. I indulged in the spa which didn't disappoint. I went back a second time just prior to my departure for a massage and facial. If interested, the sunset cruise is available everyday around 430 at the hotel and a Boma show I believe on Sundays. The Victoria Falls is very close by as are other attractions. Icing on the cake is the site of elephants outside of the property upon exiting. This was by far my favorite hotel stay and trust me I've traveled A LOT! I hope to return in the future. Thank you to all of the staff. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. "

"Great hotel near the falls with charming staff and comfortable rooms. The gardens abound with animals (zebra by the pool) and it’s just next to the falls entrance. They provide free shuttkes to the Royal Livingsone hotel so easy to go there for dinner."
