Added bonus to have a covered balcony and the receptionist was very helpful and friendly, assisted with luggage up the stairs as no lift in my building. Cutlery and utensils a bit pick and mix but i was surprised to have any as the advert said you had to pay extra if staying a few says, so that was ok. Could do with clogh or paper...

"Great location, perfectly clean and pleasant apartment. It was a little cold on arrival, but just needed to wait for the heating to warm the rooms. I was a bit unsure how the virtual check in would work, so perhaps a few more details might reassure travellers about the process, as it was super easy. The most difficult part was that we arrived on a weekend and there isn’t anyone at reception. we also arrived quite late in the day and we weren’t able to access the property to then use their landline to call them and check-in. "This is one of the best hotels/apartments I’ve ever stayed in. Beautiful, historic building with modern apartments with premium furniture and comfortable beds. The rooms are a great size, you can open the windows for fresh air, and the area surrounding is stunning. Matilda and the other team members were incredibly friendly and helpful.
