Have stayed here before and location is fairly central on prom. Nice views of prom and pier/orme from room. Just breakfast and no parking provided but convenient hotel for most needs.

Great place to stay.
Our stay at Promenad was excellent. Very good location on the seafront and close to all amenities. Great location for the theatre, as only about 300 yards away. Room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast excellent. We loved the sea view. Well worth the small upgrade. Owners were extremely friendly and made us very welcome. Will definitely return in the future.

I booked this hotel for my daughter and her partner who said that Iain and Martine were lovely hosts who were incredibly welcoming towards them when they arrived. The room was clean, comfortable and had an amazing view of the seafront. The breakfast was fantastic - Martine makes excellent scrambled eggs.

We had a lovely stay at the Promenad and the owners Iain &Martine are so friendly and welcoming which makes the stay so much more enjoyable and we would definately stay here again.It is located on the promenade and room 4 had a great sea view.

Lovely place right on the sea front. Lovely hosts breakfast was varied and freshly cooked. Beds comfy. The shower could have done with more power behind it, but it certainly didn’t spoil anything about our stay. Would definitely go back.

Well where do I start, great location on the front. when we arrived we had a great welcome off Iain and Martine. Iain showed us to our room with a sea view, the room was clean and comfortable . The breakfast was awesome, couldn’t have ask for anymore. Great hosts and will definitely stay again.

A very tired, dilapedated and dirty establishment
We have no idea what happened between booking and actually staying here. The origianl pictures showed a very good quality B&B, what we actually got was a very poor experience, a generally dirty and dilapedated establishment. Had we known we would never have stayed there. There are far better places to stay than here - choose do yourself a favour ans stay somewhere else.

The property is located in the perfect spot; nestled along the beach front boardwalk within 5 minutes of the venue cymru and the town center. The breakfast is excellent. The owners are a warm and friendly couple. This was our first time in the UK and the first place we stayed. Our group highly recommends this facility.

Great little hotel in superb location
Great little hotel right on the promenade with great views if you book a sea view room. Nothing was too much trouble . Breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious. Hosts were very friendly.

Hidden gem
If you are wanting a relaxing weekend away or just a few days break this is the place to stay. Friendly owners Ian and Martine were helpful, polite and the place is spotlessly clean with comfy rooms. Breakfast was served piping hot and always asked if more toast tea or coffee was wanted. I can't fault it and I will be back soon!!
